Bridal Makeup Course Overview (2 Weeks)
This 2-week Bridal Makeup Course is designed for makeup artists who wish to specialize in bridal styles across different cultural aesthetics. Covering Arabic, Asian, and European bridal makeup techniques, the course provides a solid foundation in professional cosmetics, skin preparation, color theory, and various specialized applications, equipping students with the skills to create flawless and culturally-inspired bridal looks.
- Arabic Bridal Make-Up Course
This segment begins with an introduction to professional cosmetics and tools, teaching students the essentials of skin preparation and sanitation. Students will gain expertise in skin analysis, color theory, and creating the perfect bridal base with various foundation types. The course focuses on the dramatic elements typical of Arabic bridal makeup, such as Lebanese-style makeup, creamy eyeshadow Smokey eyes, and the bridal cut crease technique. Students will also learn how to incorporate glitters, starlight, and pigments, as well as creating classic Arabic looks with open line extensions to enhance the eyes.
- Asian Bridal Make-Up Course
In this section, students explore the use of glitters, sparkles, and pearl pigments to create radiant and soft-focus effects suited for Asian bridal makeup. Techniques include working with compact palettes, adding pearlescent finishes, and the banana shape technique for eye makeup. This segment emphasizes how to layer different textures to achieve a luminous, multidimensional look that flatters various skin tones and facial structures.
- European Bridal Make-Up Course
The European bridal makeup section focuses on creating refined, natural looks with a sophisticated touch. Students will practice techniques using gel eyeliners, multiple color blending, and achieving a long-lasting finish suitable for all-day events. The course also covers the “V” technique, which enhances eye definition in a subtle yet impactful way, ideal for elegant, timeless European bridal styles.
By the end of this course, students will have mastered a range of techniques and styles, enabling them to create versatile and culturally tailored bridal looks that meet the preferences of diverse clients.
