Salon PRO Makeup Course Overview
The Salon PRO Makeup Course is a comprehensive training program designed to build both foundational and advanced skills for aspiring makeup artists in a salon setting. This course consists of two main sections: the Basic Make-Up Course and the Advanced Make-Up Course, equipping students with essential knowledge and specialized techniques for diverse makeup styles.
Basic Make-Up Course (2 Weeks)
The initial phase introduces students to the essentials of professional makeup artistry. It begins with health-grade sanitation training, an introduction to makeup tools, and the distinction between professional and mass-market cosmetics. Students will learn skin analysis, color theory, and how to build and maintain a professional makeup kit. Key skills covered include facial geometry, color correction, contouring, and the use of various bases, foundations, and concealers. Students will gain hands-on experience in makeup preparation steps, such as cleansing, toning, and moisturizing, as well as the application of different textures of eyeshadows, eyebrow products, and pigments. The basic segment also includes specialized training in everyday and natural makeup looks, emphasizing hygiene and tool care.
Advanced Make-Up Course
The advanced portion of the Salon PRO Makeup Course dives into more sophisticated European and Arabic makeup styles, such as the wing and cut crease techniques, as well as the intricate flower petal and smoky eye techniques. Students will also explore advanced color blending, using both natural and synthetic brushes for different effects. This segment focuses on long-lasting and evening looks, with guidance on creating sparkle and starlight accents, along with advice on selecting the best products for high-impact, glamorous finishes.
Upon completion, participants will be equipped with both the technical skills and artistic insights needed for a professional salon environment, capable of creating diverse and dynamic makeup styles suited for a variety of clients and occasions.
